Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou systémů techniky prostředí restauračního zařízení s kuchyní a jídelnou. Následně je proveden návrh klimatizace a větrání, vytápění teplovodním otopným systémem, bezpečnostního a protipožárního zabezpečení a konečně systému řízení všech těchto technologií. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the analysis of environmental engineering systems, a restaurant with kitchen and dining room. Subsequently, the design of a ventilation and air conditioning, heating, hot water heating system, security and fire safety management system, and finally all of these technologies.
