Tématem této bakalářské práce je analýza manažerských řídících stylů vybrané firmy. Teoretická část práce vymezuje relevantní pojmy s důrazem na motivaci zaměstnanců a vybrané manažerské řídící styly. The subject-matter of this bachelor thesis is an analysis of the management styles of chosen company. The theoretical part of the thesis defines relevant concepts with emphasis on employee motivation and selected managerial management styles.
