Práce je věnována problematice hodnocení budov energetickými štítky. Je zde rozebráno, z jakých důvodů byla v České republice tato povinnost zavedena, jaké jsou souvislosti s výstavbou nízkoenergetických a energeticky pasivních budov, jaký je přístup státu k této problematice a jakým způsobem je těmito skutečnostmi ovlivněn realitní trh. This diploma thesis is about consequences of energy labelling of buildings. It analyses reasons, why this obligation was introduced in Czech republic, what kind of context it has with construction of low energy buildings and passive energy buildings, what is the attitude of state to this issue and how is the real estate market affected by this fact.
