The Issue of Valuation of Energy Efficient Buildings

Anotace:

Tato práce obsahuje tři hlavní části: teoretickou, praktickou a analytickou. Teoretická část bakalářské práce obsahuje rozdělení staveb dle jejich energetické náročnosti, opatření pro dosažení energetických úspor, využití obnovitelných zdrojů a aplikování energetické náročnosti budov v rámci jejich ocenění. Cílem teoretické části bakalářské práce je analýza specifik energeticky úsporných staveb, jejich pořizovacích a provozních nákladů a vlivu na jejich tržní hodnotu. V praktické části bakalářské práce je vypracováno tržní ocenění energeticky pasivního domu a bytového domu. Analytická část bakalářské práce obsahuje analýzu realitního trhu v okrese Prachatice. Abstract:

This work contains three main parts: theoretical, practical, and analytical. The theoretical part of the thesis divides buildings according to their energy intensity, measures to achieve energy savings, use of renewable energy sources and the application of the energy intensity of buildings in the context of their valuation. The aim of the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis is the analysis of the specifics of energy-efficient buildings, their acquisition and operating costs and the impact on their market value In the practical part is made the market valuation of energy-passive house and the apartment house. The analytical part contains an analysis of the real estate market in the district of Prachatice. Keywords: valuation, property, energy, savings, costs.
