Causes of delinquency of children with ordered constitutional and imposed protective education

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou delikvence dětí a mládeže, jejími příčinami a důvody k nařízení ústavní či uložení ochranné výchovy. Cílem této diplomové práce v teoretické části je vymezit danou problematiku, popsat související pojmy, přiblížit ovlivňující faktory a také možné preventivní postupy a podat ucelený pohled na danou problematiku. Empirická část této práce je zaměřena na výzkum delikventního chování a jeho příčin u dětí s nařízenou ústavní nebo uloženou ochrannou výchovou. Výzkum si klade za cíl na vybraném vzorku respondentů z řad klientů výchovného ústavu zjistit konkrétní důvody vedoucí k delikvenci. Výzkum byl realizován pomocí kvalitativní metody formou rozhovorů, které byly doplněny informacemi z osobní dokumentace dětí.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the reasons and causes of delinquency of children and youth, their families and the reasons for ordering institutional education or imposing protective education. The aim of this diploma thesis in the theoretical part is to define the issue, describe the related concepts, approach the influencing factors and possibly preventive procedures and give a comprehensive view of the issue. The empirical part of this work is focused on the research of delinquent behavior and its arrival in children with ordered institutional education or imposed protective education. The research aims to identify specific reasons leading to delinquency on a selected sample of respondents from among the clients of the educational institution. The research was carried out using qualitative methods in the form of interviews, which were supplemented by information from the personal documentation of children.
