The education of the child to a healthy lifestyle in kindergarten

Abstract:

Práce v teoretické rovině pojednává o metodické výchově dítěte ke zdravému způsobu života v mateřské škole. Práce se zaměřuje na jednotlivé části zdravého způsobu života, především na stravu, pohyb, psychickou pohody, prostředí, nadále vlivy a výchovu rodiny. V praktické části se autorka zaměřila na posouzení konkrétní třídy mateřské školy, která byla analyzována na základě předem stanovených indikátorů vyplývajících ze zákonů a norem vztahujícím se k dané oblasti. Dále je práce obohacena o metodu dotazníkového výzkumu, díky němuž byla zjištěna úroveň znalostí a dovedností, které děti získaly v rodině. Výzkum určuje úroveň výchovy dítěte i rodiny ke zdravému způsobu života. V závěrečné fázi práce jsou navrženy možnosti optimalizace procesu výchovy ke zdravému způsobu života.

Abstract:

At the theoretic level the thesis deals with methodical education to a healthy lifestyle in a kindergarten. The thesis focuses on individual parts of healthy lifestyle with emphasis on food, physical activity, peace of mind, environment, impact of family and education. In the practical part the author focused on the review of one specific class in the kindergarten, which was analysed on the basis of indicators which were given in advance and which follow from laws and standards related to the particular field. The thesis is also enriched with the method of questionnaire survey and thanks to it the level of knowledge and skills, which children acquired in family, was discovered. The survey determines the level of the education of the child and family to the healthy lifestyle. In the final phase of the thesis there are suggested options of optimization of the education process to the healthy lifestyle.
