Physiotherapy after fractures of the proximal end of femur

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce "Fyzioterapie po zlomeninách proximálního konce femuru" je zaměřena na ucelenou rehabilitační péči o pacientku s pertrochanterickou zlomeninou léčenou operativně formou osteosyntézy. Práce poukazuje na možnosti léčby a fyzioterapie převážně u biologicky starých lidí, které tento typ zlomenin nejvíce postihuje a je rozdělena do několika kapitol. V obecné části popisuji anatomii a kineziologii kyčelního kloubu. Uvádím zde přehled o diagnóze, klasifikaci a léčbě zlomeniny proximálního konce femuru. Speciální část je věnována fyzioterapeutickým metodám a postupům, které se využívají k terapii zlomenin a také fyzikální terapii, která je nezbytnou součástí léčby. Kazuistika obsahuje údaje o pacientce, se kterou jsem při zpracování práce spolupracovala, a stanovení krátkodobého a dlouhodobého fyzioterapeutického plánu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis "The physiotherapy after fractures of proximal end of femur" is aimed at a compact rehabilitation care for a patient with a pertrocharteric fracture treated by a surgery in the form of osteosynthesis. The thesis adverts to possibilities of treatment and physiotherapy mostly with biologically old people who are most often affected by this type of fractures and the thesis is divided into several chapters. In the theoretical part I describe anatomy and kinesiology of hip joint. I introduce an abstract about diagnosis, classification and treatment of proximal end of femur. A special part is dedicated to physiotherapeutic methods and ways which are used for fracture therapy, physiotherapy in the time of hospitalization and the following rehabilitation care and physical therapy of fractures which is an essential part of the treatment. The casuistic includes data about the patient who I cooperated with during writing this thesis and the assignment of the short-term and the long-term physiotherapeutic plan.
