The attitudes of pupils in 6th and 9th classes of elementary school to physical education and sport in Klášterec nad Ohří.

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je přispět k objasnění postojů žáků 6. a 9. tříd základních škol k tělesné výchově a sportu v Klášterci nad Ohří. Výzkum byl proveden na dvou základních školách v Klášterci nad Ohří. Velikost souboru činila 146 respondentů, z toho 72 chlapců a 74 dívek. Věk dotazovaných se pohybuje v rozmezí 11-15 let. Teoretická část je věnována teorii tělesné výchovy, její charakteristice, cílům,úkolům a struktuře. Dále psychologii, kde byly popsány postoje, vlivy na jejich utváření a změny. Další kapitoly jsou také věnovány charakteristice věkového období, BMI indexu a příčinám vzniku obezity u dětí a mládeže. V praktické části byly zjišťovány samotné postoje k tělesné výchově a sportu. Pro jejich zjištění byl standardizovaný dotazník DIPO-J pro děti a mládež. Dotazník, který sestrojil prof. PhDr. Bohumil Svoboda, DrSC. se skládá celkově z 60 otázek, rozdělených do 6 dimenzí. Z vyhodnocených dat lze soudit, že chlapci i děvčata nehledě na třídu, zaujímají převážně mírně pozitivní postoje. výjimku tvoří dimenze V, u které byly ve všešch kategoriích zaznamenány postoje mírné negativní. Mírně negativní postoje tedy zaujímají k ladnosti, kráse a estetičnosti pohybu.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to clarify the attitudes of 6th and 9th grade students of elementary schools toward psychical education and sport activities. The survey was implemented at 2 elemtary schools in Klášterec nad Ohří. The total number of respondents was 146 aged between 11 and 15 years. The theoretical part is dedicated to theory of psychical education, its charakteristics, aims and structure. Furthermore, the psychological part contains description of attitudes,influence and changes. The other chapters are dedicated to charakteristics of age period, BMI index and causes of obesity of children and youth. The practical part is focused on the actual attitude toward psyhical education adn sport activities. For whis purpose was used a standardized questionnaire for children and youth DIPO-J. Results indicated that both boys and girls, regardless of age, have positive attitude toward sport. The only exception is in a section V where was noticed slightly negative attitude.
