Diplomová práce je zaměřena na profesní motivaci učitelů a učitelek na základní škole speciální. Práce je členěna do čtyř kapitol. První tři obsahují teoretická východiska k danému výzkumu, čtvrtou kapitolu tvoří samotný výzkum. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením speciálně pedagogické profese a profesní motivace. The thesis deals with the professional motivation of teachers in schools for children with developmental disabilities. The work is divided into four chapters.
