In my work there is a question of the presumption of innocence. In the first chapter I deals with general principles and their distribution. The second chapter is on the historical anchoring principle of the presumption of innocence and its position in the Criminal Procedure Code. V mojej práci sa venujem otázke prezumpcie neviny. V prvej kapitole sa zaoberám všeobecne zásadami a ich rozdelením. Druhá kapitola je o historickom zakotvení zásady prezumpcie neviny a jej postavení v trestnom poriadku. Procesnými pravidlami prezumpcie nevina sa venujem v tretej kapitole.
