Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Pracovní náplň controllera v konkrétní společnosti“ je stanovení hlavních činností prováděných controllery. V teoretické části je rozebrán především samotný controlling, jeho zařazení v organizační struktuře podniku, postava controllera a jeho pracovní náplň. Praktická část se věnuje vybranému podniku a zkoumá pracovní náplň jeho controllerů se zaměřením na výrobní oblast podniku. Na závěr je zhodnoceno celkové fungování controllingu a jsou představeny návrhy řešení.

Abstract:

The goal of the thesis “Economic The job description of the controller's function in specific company” is to determine the main functions of the controllers in a company. In the theoretical part is analysed controlling, its position in the organizational structure of a company and the status and function of a controller. The practical part is focused on the chosen company and analysis the functions of its controllers mainly in the production area of the company. In the end, there is evaluated the overall function of the controlling and there are introduced proposed solutions.
