The shopping behavior of generation X/Y/Z
Abstract:
Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na kupní chování generace X/Y/Z. Teoretická část se zabývá kupním chováním generací X, Y a Z v souvislosti s nákupem mobilních telefonů. Praktická část se věnuje dotazníkovému šetření, které je zaměřeno na problémy spojené s nákupem mobilních telefonů, na důvody nákupu, získávání informací před koupí a na nákupní chování spotřebitelů v závislosti na věku.
Abstract:
The presented bachelor thesis is focused on the shopping behavior of generation X/Y/Z. The theoretical part is focused on the shopping behavior of generations X/Y and Z in connection with the purchase of mobile phones.
