Abstract:
Ve své práci jsem se věnoval právnímu postavení orgánů obce. Zabýval jsem se pravomocí a působností obce. Vymezil jsem samostatnou a přenesenou působnost obce. Další část mé práce byla zaměřena na historickou genezi obecního zřízení v České republice, a to počínaje rokem 1848. Nejdůležitější a také nejrozsáhlejší část mé práce byla věnována orgánům obce, zejména s důrazem na zastupitelstvo obce. Dalšími …more

My work deals with legal position of municipal authorities. My work also deals with authority and competence of municipality. I specified historical development of municipal authorities in Czech Republic since 1848. The most important part of my work depicted with municipal authorities as council.
