Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá řízením pohledávek. V teoretické části se práce zabývá definicí pojmů, vývojem a následným řešením pohledávek. Vymezují se zde pojmy pohledávka, dlužník a věřitel. Dále se práce věnuje rozdělení pohledávek, jejich vývoji a řešení včetně vymáhání. V praktické části se pracuje s daty poskytnutými reálnou firmou, jejíž jméno nebude uvedeno. Dále se práce věnuje problematice řízení pohledávek ve společnosti. Cílem práce je analýza problematiky pohledávek a jejich řešení. Konečným výstupem práce je navržení případných optimalizačních procesů řízení pohledávek na základě zjištěných údajů.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the management of receivables. The theoretical part of the thesis concentrates on the definition of the terms, the development and the ensuring solution of the claims. There are specified the terms receivable, debtor and creditor in the thesis. The thesis onwards pays attention to division of the receivables its development and solution, enforcement including. The practical part of the thesis works with the real data of the real company. The name of this company will not be mentioned. The thesis onwards is about management of the receivables at this company. The aim of this thesis is the analysis of the receivables and their solution. The final output of the thesis is a suggestion of the possible optimization process concerning receivables management based on ascertained data.
