Abstract:
V této práci jsou rozebrané teoretické aspekty formování bankovního systému země, jeho druhy. Zdůrazněná úloha komerčních bank ve fungování a rozvoji bankovního systému země. Určena podstata komerčních bank jako základního strukturního prvku bankovního systému země, jsou vymezené jejich funkce. Praktický aspekt fungování bankovního systému je odražen podle přikladu Ukrajiny .
