Tools for Analaysis of Molecular Dynamics Trajectories
Abstract:
This thesis is focused on implementation of new tools for analysis of trajectories of MD simulations using package of CATs programs. This study was carried out with an emphasis on calculations and analysis of molecular surfaces SASA and SESA and histogram statistics.
Abstract:
Táto bakalárska práca je zameraná na vývoj nových nástrojov na analýzu trajektórií MD simulácií balíkom programov CATs. V práci bol kladený dôraz na výpočet a analýzu molekulových povrchov SASA a SESA a na histogramovú štatistiku.
