Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na volby do místních zastupitelstev a jejich ukotvení v zákonech. Je zde rozebrána územní samospráva, obecní zřízení, zákon o volbách do místních zastupitelstev, historie voleb do místních zastupitelstev v České republice od roku 1990 do roku 2010 a volby do zastupitelstva města Poličky.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis focused on elections to local councils and their anchorages in the law. There are elaborated local government, Local Government, the Law on local elections, the history of elections to local councils in the Czech Republic from 1990 to 2010 and the elections to the city council Polička.
