Synthesis of amide bond of betulin diacetate at the position C30
Abstract:
Záverečná bakalárska práca pojednáva o syntéze kovalentnej amidickej väzby v polohe C30 na betulínediacetáte. Hlavným cieľom, bolo vytvoriť univerzálnu metódu pre zavádzanie substituentov vykazujúcich rôzne fyzikálno-chemické vlastnosti. Posledným cieľom bola aplikácia metodiky na prípravu konjugátov triterpénov s dipeptidom.
Abstract:
The final bachelor's thesis discusses the synthesis of a covalent amide bond in the position C30 of betuline diacetate. The main goal was to create a universal synthetic procedure for introducing substituents showing different physical-chemical properties. The last aim was the utilization of the methodology in the synthesis of a triterpen-dipeptide conjugate.
