Diplomová práce se zabývá prvotní veřejnou nabídkou akcií označovanou anglickou zkratkou IPO. Jde o jeden způsob zdroje financování společnosti. Úvodem této práce je teoretická část, která vysvětluje základní pojmy a fáze přípravy a realizace IPO. Dále se tato práce věnuje vývojem IPO a právní úpravou s ní související. The thesis deals with the initial public offering of shares known acronym for the IPO. This is one way of financing sources of the company. The introduction includes a theoretical part, which explains the basic concepts and the preparation and implementation of the IPO.
