Abstract:

Tato práce se věnuje problematice mandatorních výdajů. Cílem je komparace mandatorních výdajů v ČR a v EU. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část je teoretická a je věnována vymezení pojmů a základních teoretických souvislostí. Obsahuje vymezení a strukturu mandatorních výdajů v ČR a v EU. Věnuje se klasifikacím veřejných výdajů. Druhá část je praktická, obsahuje jednotlivé členské státy EU, strukturu jejich výdajů, vývoj těchto výdajů v letech 2003 – 2007 a jejich analýzu. Součástí práce je komparace výdajů a predikce budoucího vývoje.

Abstract:

This diploma’s thesis considers problematic of mandatory expenditures. The objective of this thesis is a comparison of mandatory expenditures in the Czech Republic and in the European Union. This thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and considers determination of terms and basic theoretical connections. It contains definition and structure of the mandatory expenditures in the Czech Republic and in the European Union. It considers classification of public expenditures. The second part is practical, contains member states of the European Union, their expenditures structure, development of these expenditures in the years 2003 – 2007 and their analysis. The constituent of this thesis is a comparison of these expenditures and future development’s prediction.
