Hlavním posláním této diplomové práce je zhodnotit stávající kvalitu péče poskytovanou klientkám hospitalizovaným na oddělení šestinedělí v porodnicích Pardubického kraje. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to část teoretickou a výzkumnou. The thesis tries to evaluate care currently provided to patients hospitalized at the puerperium department of Pardubice region hospitals. The work is divided into two parts, the theoretical background and the research part. The theoretical part deals with general management, economy and management in health care.
