Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou agenturního zaměstnání a jeho využití při nedostatku kvalifikovaných pracovníků na trhu práce v ČR. Cílem práce je definovat možné varianty, působící ke zmírnění tohoto problému.
Abstract:
This Bachelor thesis deals with questions in area of agency employment and insufficiency of qualified employers on labour market in the Czech Republic. The aim of this work is to define possible alternatives which may caused the alleviation of this problem.
