Abstract:
Hemofílie A je X-vázané recesivní dědičné onemocnění, způsobující poruchu srážlivosti krve. Pro jeho diagnostiku se využívá metod IS - PCR, MLPA a sekvenace. IS – PCR odhaluje inverze v intronech 1 a 22, které způsobují asi polovinu případů hemofílie. Metoda MLPA je určena k detekci rozsáhlejších duplikací a delecí. Abstract:
Haemophilia A is an X-linked recessive inherited disease, linked with coagulation insufficiency. For its diagnostics there are three mainly used methods: IS – PCR, MLPA and sequencing. IS – PCR detects inversions in introns 1 and 22, which are the cause of haemophilia in approximately half of the cases. MLPA is used to reveal more extensive deletions and duplications.
