Abstract:

V práci se zabývám problematikou vnitřního prostředí pasivní stavby a jeho úpravou technickými prostředky s vazbou na finanční nákladnost pořízení a provozu jednotlivých technických řešení. V teoretické části práce se nejprve věnuji samotným pasivním stavbám z pohledu předpokládaného budoucího vývoje výstavby dle globálního vývoje a principu minimalizace tepelných ztrát a energetické náročnosti těchto specifických staveb. Následně se zaměřuji na samotné vnitřní prostředí a věnuji se faktorům, které vnitřní prostředí utváří. U jednotlivých faktorů vnitřního prostředí je proveden jejich popis, vliv na zdraví obyvatel a legislativní požadavky kladené na kvalitu vnitřního prostředí. Zmíněny jsou také základní technické prostředky určené pro úpravu vnitřního prostředí s popisem jejich charakteristických technických vlastností. V praktické části práce se následně zabývám posouzením a návrhem technických řešení u vybrané pasivní stavby rodinného domu. Návrhy jsou prováděny s důrazem na praktické provedení z materiálů dostupných na českém trhu. Samotnému návrhu technických prostředků předchází řada výpočtů pro získání přesných tepelně-technických vlastností a parametrů vybrané stavby pro optimální návrh řešení. Prostředky pro zajištění teplotního komfortu vnitřního prostředí jsou navrženy v několika variantách pro možnost posouzení a srovnání výhodnosti jednotlivých variant. Posouzeny a technicky řešeny jsou také faktory světelné, akustické a ovlivnitelné kvalitou větrání. Pro výsledné varianty jsou provedeny cenové kalkulace a posouzeny výhodnosti variant s návrhem možného opatření pro zlepšení.

Abstract:

In this thesis I deal with the issue of the indoor environment of a passive building and its modifications by different techniques in relation to the financial costs of purchasing and operation of individual technical solutions. In the theoretical part I first focus on passive buildings themselves from the point of view of the expected future development of building construction according to global trends and the principle of heat loss minimization and energy consumption of those specific buildings. Then I focus on the indoor environment itself and the factors that create this environment. There is a description of individual factors, the effect on people’s health and legislative requirements for the quality of indoor environment. I also mention basic techniques for modification of indoor environment and there is a description of their distinct technical qualities. In the practical part of my thesis I examine and suggest technical solutions for the selected passive house. The suggestions are chosen with respect to their practical implementation from materials available on the Czech market. There are also some of calculations made to find the exact thermal characteristics and parameters of the selected building for the optimal solution. Then I suggest the means for ensuring thermal comfort of the indoor environment in several alternatives so that they could be examined and compared. Next, light, acoustic, and ventilation factors are examined and technical solutions are proposed. There are price calculations made for the resultant alternatives and suggestion for possible improvement.
