Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na hledání změn v přístupu k podpůrným procesům s využitím moderních metod k jejich zlepšení. Obsahuje vypracované návrhy pro vytvoření lepších předpokladů pro řízení podpůrných procesů ve firmě AQUA-STYL. Ve vybrané podpůrné činnosti jsou uvedeny návrhy na zvýšení efektivity a úsporu nákladů.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on finding ways to improve the management activities within the company Aqua-style. The contents include proposals using up to date methodology to increase efficiency and to produce cost savings.
