Tématem bakalářské práce je porovnání hypotečních úvěrů a úvěrů ze stavebního spoření. Účelem práce je seznámení čtenáře s problematikou úvěrů poskytovaných za účelem bydlení hypotečními bankami a stavebními spořitelnami na finančním trhu České Republiky. The subject of the thesis is mortage loans and building savings loans comparison.
