Abstract:

The play Las cartas de Mozart (1974) is one of the most important works by the Mexican writer Emilio Carballido. Its plot excels not only in the thematic synthesis of the real and fantastic world, but above all in its work with symbols and motifs referring to the life and work of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is an investigative work with the content of the play connected with the analysis of literary means related to the figure of the composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

Abstract:

Divadelní hra Las cartas de Mozart (1974) patří mezi nejvýznamnější díla mexického spisovatele Emilia Carballida. Její děj vyniká nejen tematickou syntézou skutečného a fantastického světa, ale především prací se symboly a motivy odkazujícími na život a dílo Wolfganga Amadea Mozarta. Cílem této bakalářské práce je investigativní práce s obsahem divadelní hry spojená s analýzou literárních prostředků vztahujících se k samotné figuře skladatele Wolfganga Amadea Mozarta.
