Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je zaznamenat soudobý stav gender nerovnosti dnešní společnosti na trhu práce v České republice. Analyzována bude situace mužů a žen ve vybraném státním sektoru. Zohledněn je jak legislativní rámec, gender mainstreaming, tak různé styly vedení a práce pohledem gender. The thesis is devoted to the current state of equality of women and men in public administration and expresses the current state illustrated by gender segregation in the labor market, the remuneration of women and men and their position in employment.
