Abstract:
Tato práce přibližuje soustavu soudů v našem státě a významnost civilního procesu v souvislosti s uplatněním práva na spravedlivý proces. Práce poukazuje i na možné budoucí změny českého soudnictví.
Abstract:
This thesis disserts on the body of the Czech judiciary, with due regard to the civil proceedings and the right to a fair trial. The thesis also anticipates possible future development in the frame of the Czech judiciary.
