Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit systém podpory rodin s dětmi v České republice a její vývoj od roku 2005. Zaměřuje se na změny, které proběhly v přímé a nepřímé finanční podpoře rodin ze strany státu, jejich dopady na rodiny i na státní výdaje. Dále analyzuje faktory, které mohou vést k lepší slučitelnosti práce a rodinného života v porovnání s evropskými zeměmi. Vyvozuje, že ve většině vybraných faktorů patří Česká republika k evropskému podprůměru. S využitím kvantitativní analýzy ve formě dotazníkového šetření zjišťuje u rodičů alespoň jednoho dítěte narozeného po roce 2005 jejich spokojenost s přímou a nepřímou finanční podporou státu, se zařízeními předškolní péče o děti a podporou od zaměstnavatele vedoucí k lepší slučitelnosti práce a rodinného života.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the system of support for families with children in the Czech Republic and its development since 2005. It focuses on changes in direct and indirect financial support of families by the state, its impacts on families and on state expenditures. It also analyzes factors that can lead to a better compatibility between work and family life compared to other European countries. It concludes that in most of the selected factors the Czech Republic lies below the European average. Using quantitative analysis in the form of a questionnaire survey, it identifies the satisfaction of parents of at least one child born after 2005 with direct and indirect financial support from the state, with pre-school childcare facilities and support from the employer, leading to a better compatibility of work and family life.
