Measures of a General Nature as a Legal Form of Regional Plan
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá opatřením obecné povahy a jeho využíváním v územním plánování, především při vydávání územních plánů. Je nastíněn územně plánovací proces a následně způsob soudního přezkumu územních plánů. Práce dále vymezuje nejčastějších chyby obcí, kterých se dopouští při vydávání opatření obecné povahy. Na závěr je popsán územně plánovací proces obce Vysoká nad Labem.
Abstract:
This work deals with the measures of a general nature and its use in land use planning, particularly the issue of regional plans. It outlines the land use planning process and subsequently way of judicial review of regional plans.
