Abstract:
Tato absolventská práce je zaměřena na subjekty v trestním řízení. Vysvětluje jejich obecnou charakteristiku. Blíže se věnuje postavení, právům a povinnostem orgánů činných v trestním řízení, osobě, proti které se vede trestní řízení, svědka, poškozeného a zúčastněné osoby v trestním řízení.
Abstract:
This graduate thesis is focused on entities in punishment trial. It explains their general characterization. In more detail, it deals with position, rights and obligations of active bodies in punishment trial, person against whom punishment trial is conducted, witness, aggrieved person and concerned person in punishment trial.
