Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o dvou hlavních tématech. Metodice nutričního poradenství a analýze trhu. Je rozdělena na dva úseky. Teoretický a empirický. V teoretickém úseku se snažím vysvětlit práci a postup pracovníků v nutričních poradnách při zjišťování veškerých údajů o klientovy. A chci si tato doporučení ověřit v praxi. This thesis deals with two main topics. Methodology of nutritional advice and market analysis. It is divided into two sections. Theoretical and empirical. In the theoretical section I try to explain the work process and workers in nutrition counseling in the identification of all data on the client.
