Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit uplatnění osob s duševním onemocněním na trhu práce na Mělníku. Uplatněním se rozumí jejich zájem o vstup na pracovní trh, a s tím související případná motivace. Dále práce analyzuje možnosti těchto osob na místním pracovním trhu. The aim of this thesis is to find out the use of people with mental illness in the labor market in Melnik. Use of the people on the labor market means their interest in entering the labor market, and relates with the possible motivation.
