Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem přijímání pracovníků a procesem orientace nových pracovníků v podniku. Cílem bakalářské práce je tyto procesy zanalyzovat a poté vypracovat návrhy na jejich zlepšení. Teoretická část popisuje lidské zdroje, personální práci, proces přijímání zaměstnanců a následný proces orientace ve vybraném podniku. The bachelor thesis deals with the process of recruitment and the process of orientation of new employees in the company. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze these processes and make suggestions for their improvement.
