Moja bakalárska práca rieši spojenie etiky a etikety s poskytovaním služieb v hotelovom priemysle a funkčnosť etického kódexu hotela. Cieľom práce je zistiť rozdiely v chápaní etiky a etikety v odlišných kultúrach v medzinárodnom prostredí pri poskytovaní hotelových služieb.
