Teacher´s preparing for work with gifted student in classes of music education at the 2nd level of primary school

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice přípravy učitele hudební výchovy. Podrobněji se soustřeďuje na učitele ve vtahu ke vzdělávání hudebně nadaných. Teoretická část nejprve vymezuje obecné nadání definováním základních pojmů, druhů nadání, také teorií modelů nadání, až ke konkrétnější charakteristice hudebního nadání a hudebně nadaných jedinců, rovněž se zaměřuje na specifické charakteristiky hudební výchovy na 2. stupni. Také se podrobně věnuje jak osobnosti hudebně nadaného žáka, tak osobnosti učitele, jeho charakteristikám a strategiím přípravy pro práci s hudebně nadaným žákem. Praktická část se snaží ponořit do problematiky přípravy učitele pro práci s hudebně nadaným žákem. Věnuje se možnostem dalšího vzdělávání učitelů hudebně nadaných jedinců, metodám a formám, které učitelé využívají, a také přípravám a zkušenostem učitelů v hudebně výchovném vzdělávacím procesu.

Abstract:

This thesis is devoted to the preparation of music teachers. Especially it focuses on the teacher?s relationship towards educating musically gifted children. The theoretical part defines the general aptitude defining basic terms, kinds of talents, including theories of talent models to the specific characteristics of musical talent and musically gifted individuals. It also focuses on the specific characteristics of music education at the 2nd stage of the primary school. It closely examines the personality of musically gifted pupil and the teacher's personality, their characteristics and strategies of preparing for work with musically gifted pupil. The practical part tries to clarify the issue of preparing teachers for work with musically gifted pupil. It ascertains opportunities for further training of teachers of musically gifted individuals, methods and forms that teachers use, and also the preparation and experience of music teachers in the educational process.
