Bakalářská práce se zabývá charakteristikou skupiny ČSOB, jejím akcionářem KCB. Popisuje také všechny druhy činností obchodní banky. The following Bachelor thesis deals with the characteristics of the ČSOB group and its shareholder KCB. It also describes all sorts of business activities within the bank. The strongest emphasis is placed on three development periods of the banking institution: the period of consolidation (1999 - 2003), the period of growth (2004 - 2008), the period of crisis (2009-2011).
