Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o kriminalistických stopách, prvotních neodkladných úkonech a ohledání místa činu. V úvodní části práce popisuji druhy stop, jejich vznik, vyhledávání a způsob zajištění, kdy ve stručnosti uvádím nejčastější druhy stop nacházejících se na místě činu. Bakalářská práce dále obsahuje přehledný výčet platných postupů a užívaných metod vztažených k prvotním neodkladným úkonům, zejména ohledání místa činu z hlediska kriminalistickotechnické činnosti. S ohledáním je úzce spojena kriminalistická dokumentace, která je popsána na konci teoretické části. Praktická část bakalářské práce je věnována ohledání fiktivního místa činu a jeho kriminalistické dokumentaci.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with criminalistic traces, primary urgent tasks and investigation of the crime scene. In the first part of the thesis I describe the types of traces, the way of their formation, searching and the method of securing them, where I briefly mention the most common types of traces found at the crime scene. The bachelor thesis also contains a well-arranged list of valid procedures and used methods related to the acts of first interventions, especially the investigation of crime scene from the point of view of criminological and technical activities. Criminalistic documentation is also closely connected with the examination and is described at the end of the theoretical part of the thesis. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the examination of the fictitious crime scene and its criminal documentation.
