The Application of the Accounting Information Analysis for the Company Management

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na využití účetních informací pro finanční řízení podniku XY s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části, část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části je popsána legislativní úprava účetnictví v ČR, účetní výkazy a účetní informace, které jsou nezbytné pro finanční řízení podniku. Teoretická část dále obsahuje popis finančního plánování, controllingu a finanční analýzy, díky které zjišťujeme, zda je podnik finančně zdravý. V praktické části jsou získané informace aplikované na podnik XY s.r.o. Je provedena analýza účetních výkazů a finanční analýza. Zjištěné poznatky jsou závěrem zhodnoceny a jsou navrženy doporučení.

Abstract:

This bachelor work is focused on the application of the accounting information analysis for the company management of XY s.r.o. The work is divided to two parts: theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part describes the legislative regulation of accounting Czech Republic, ac-counting statements and accounting information, which are important for financial man-agement. Next the theoretical part includes financial planning, controlling and financial analysis that detects financial health of company. In the practical part the finding infor-mation is applied to the company XY s.r.o. Analysis of financial statements and financial analysis are performed. The findings are evaluated and recommendations are suggested.
