Analysis of educational strategies of specialists in school facilities providing alternative educational care

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu připravenosti pedagogických pracovníků řešit situace porušování závažných sociálních norem s projevy agrese dítěte ve školských zařízeních náhradní výchovné péče. V úvodní teoretické části práce budou zpracovány a představeny klíčové oblasti bezprostředně související se zaměřením a cílem práce, kterými jsou: sociální formování člověka, výchova, sociální normy a morální vývoj, poruchy chování dítěte, agresivita a agrese, školská zařízení náhradní výchovné péče a osobnost vychovatele. Praktická část provedeným výzkumem bude cílit a analyzovat výchovné postupy pedagogických pracovníků při řešení porušování závažných sociálních norem dětmi v prostředí dětských domovů se školou. Z provedené analýzy a interpretace výsledků výzkumu bude rezultovat závěr s konkrétními doporučeními pro praxi vychovatelů a opatření zařízení náhradní výchovné péče.

Abstract:

This Master's thesis focuses on analysis of the readiness of pedagogical staff to solve the situations of violation of serious social norms with manifestations of child aggression in school facilities of alternative educational care. In the introductory theoretical part of the thesis will be processed and introduced the key areas directly related to goal of the thesis, which are: social human formation, education, social norms and moral development, child behavior disorders, aggressiveness and aggression, school facilities of substitute educational care and personality of educator. The practical part done by research will target and analyze the educational practices of pedagogical staff while dealing with violations of serious social standards by children in the environment of children´s homes with school. As a result of the performed analysis and further interpretation of the research will result in a conclusion with specific recommendations for the practise of educators as well as measures for alternative educational care facilities.
