In my final Diploma Thesis entitled Possibilities of increasing of market share in commercial bank I focused on a tool, which is mostly used by competition contest, which is a marketing. Diplomová práca Možnosti zvyšovania trhového podielu komerčnej banky je zameraná na nástroj, ktorý banky najviac využívajú pri boji s konkurenciou a ním je marketing. Cieľom práce je bližšie zanalyzovať marketing ako taký, jednotlivé nástroje marketingového mixu a navrhnúť vhodné riešenia a zlepšenia pre zvýšenie trhového podielu banky.
