Disertační práce sestává ze třech různých projektů věnovaných studiu onkoproteinu Mdm2. Cílem prvního projektu bylo identifikovat a charakterizovat nové regulátory proteinu Mdm2. Druhý projekt byl zaměřen na studium centrální části proteinu Mdm2 - kyselé domény. Abstract:
The thesis consists of three separate projects concerning the regulation of oncoprotein Mdm2 . The first project aimed to identify and characterize new Mdm2-binding proteins that might be involved in the Mdm2 pathway.
