Diplomová práce je zpracována ve spolupráci s krajským úřadem Ústeckého kraje. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaké jsou přístupy malých obcí k možnostem čerpání krajských dotací, a jaké jsou bariéry související s jejich vyšší absorpční kapacitou. The diploma thesis is prepared in cooperation with the regional office of the Ústí Region. The aim of the thesis is to find out what are the approaches of small municipalities to the possibilities of drawing regional subsidies, and what are the barriers related to their higher absorption capacity.
