Comprehensive Nursing Care for Patient with Erysipelas Hospitalized in an Infectious Department

Abstract:

ALBRECHTOVÁ, Nikola. Komplexní ošetřovatelská péče u pacienta s Erysipelem hospitalizovaného na infekčním oddělení. Vysoká škola zdravotnická, o.p.s. Stupeň kvalifikace: Bakalář (Bc.). Vedoucí práce: PhDr. Jana Hlinovská, Ph.D. Praha 2020. 49 s. Tématem bakalářské práce je ‘‘Komplexní ošetřovatelská péče u pacienta s Erysipelem ošetřovaného na infekčním oddělení‘‘. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis onemocnění Erysipelas, dále je popsána ošetřovatelská problematika, role všeobecné sestry u pacienta včetně omezení přenosu infekce. Cíl teoretické části je zmapovat erysipel, popsat jeho etiologii a epidemiologii, příznaky, diagnostiku a ošetřovatelskou péči pomocí aktuálních poznatků na základě rešerší strategie a přiblížení tématiky omezení přenosu infekce spojené se zdravotní péčí. Druhou část tvoří část praktická, ve které je pečlivě vypracován ošetřovatelský proces pacienta během hospitalizace. Ošetřovatelský proces je vypracován dle Ošetřovatelské dokumentace Marjory Gordon, rozšířené verze. Jsou stanoveny a vypracovány ošetřovatelské diagnózy podle NANDA-I Taxonomie II (2015-2017). Cílem praktické části je detailně popsat kazuistiku pacienta s erysipelem hospitalizovaného na infekčním oddělení za využití koncepčního modelu rozšířené verze Marjory Gordon, zpracování metody ošetřovatelského procesu a celkové zhodnocení ošetřovatelské péče. Výstup bakalářské práce je edukační leták.

Thesis supervisor: PhDr. Jana Hlinovská, PhD. Prague 2020, Pages 49. The topic of the bachelor thesis is ‘‘Comprehensive Nursing Care for Patient with Erysipelas Hospitalized in an Infectious Department‘‘. The theoretical part is focused on the description of the erysipelas disease, the nursing matter, the role of the general nurse in the patient, including decreasing the transmission of infection. The aim of the theoretical part is to map erysipelas, to describe its etiology and epidemiology, symptoms, diagnostics and nursing care with the help of current knowledge based on the research strategy and approaching the topic of reducing the transmission of infection associated with health care. The second part consists of the practical part, in which the nursing process of the patient during hospitalization is carefully elaborated. The nursing process is based on the Marjory Gordon’s Nursing Documentation, an extended version. Nursing diagnoses according to NANDA-I Taxonomy II (2015-2017) are established and elaborated. The aim of the practical is to describe the casuistry of a patient with erysipelas hospitalized in an infectious ward in detail, using a conceptual model of an extended version of Marjory Gordon, elaboration of the nursing process method and overall evaluation of nursing care. The output of the thesis is an educational leaflet.
