Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza aktuálních možností zaměstnávání odsouzených a jejich uplatnitelnosti na trhu práce po skončení výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. První polovina práce se zabývá významem zaměstnání, trestným činem, trestem odnětí svobody, vězeňstvím a Vězeňskou službu České republiky. The goal of this thesis is to analyse the current possibilities of employing prisoners and their applicability on the labour market after they leave the prison.
