Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá sociálním marketing v neziskových organizacích poskytující služby sociální prevence v Plzeňském kraji. Nejprve jsou v práci představeny pojmy týkající se oblasti marketingu, sociálního marketingu a obecně sociální sféry a neziskových organizací. Práce se zaměřuje na zjištění, zda neziskové organizace používají nástroje sociálního marketingu. Hlavním cílem této práce bylo zjištění aktuálního stavu v oblasti využití sociálního marketingu v neziskových organizacích poskytující sociální služby v Plzeňském kraji. Pokud ano, tak jaké nástroje využívají. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na rešerši dostupných zdrojů a dokumentů neziskových organizací, které poskytují služby sociální prevence v Plzeňském kraji. Poté pro potvrzení a doplnění informací byly uskutečněny rozhovory se zástupci vybraných neziskových organizací. Díky těmto informacím bylo zjištěno, zda neziskové organizace využívají aktivity či nástroje, které mohou být zařazeny do oblasti sociálně marketingových aktivit a tím, ovlivnit chování u cílových skupin, na které se služby sociální prevence zaměřují.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with social marketing in non-profit organizations providing social prevention services in the Pilsen region. First, the thesis introduces the concepts related to the field of marketing, social marketing and also the social sphere and non-profit organizations in general. The work focuses on finding out whether non-profit organizations use social marketing tools. The main aim of this thesis was to find out the current state of the use of social marketing in non-profit organizations providing social services in the Pilsen region. If so, what tools do they use. The second part of the thesis is focused on the research of available sources and documents of non-profit organizations providing social prevention services in the Pilsen region. Then, to confirm and supplement the information, interviews were held with representatives of selected non-profit organizations. Thanks to this information, it was determined whether non-profit organizations use activities or tools that can be included in the field of social marketing activities and thus influence the behavior of the target groups targeted by social prevention services.
