Návrh a implementace etických kodexů v podnicích ve stavebnictví

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce bylo zhodnotit etické kodexy ve stavebních společnostech, identifikovat eticky problémové situace a navrhnout doporučení pro tvorbu a implementaci etických kodexů ve stavebních společnostech. Dílčím cílem bylo navrhnout etický kodex podniku pro zkvalitnění vnitřního podnikového prostředí firmy MS STAVMONT s.r.o. První byla vytvořena analýza eticky problémových oblastí ve stavebních podnicích, kde byly zjištěny nejvíce se vyskytující eticky exponované situace ve stavebních společnostech. Zjištěné oblasti byly korupce a úplatkářství, nelegální zaměstnávání cizinců a bezpečnost práce. Na základě kvalitativní komparativní analýzy mohly být určeny nedostatky v etických kodexech deseti vybraných stavebních společností a také poukázáno na oblasti, které by měly být v etických kodexech vždy obsažené a zároveň byly zjištěny silné a slabé stránky kodexů. Na základě případové studie byl následně vytvořen etický kodex pro firmu MS STAVOMAT s.r.o. Všeobecně lze konstatovat, že optimálně vytvořený etický kodex by měl být vytvořen na míru každé stavební společnosti. Důležité je se blíže seznámit se společností, jejím vedením, zaměstnanci, dodavateli a zákazníky, proto, aby mohl být etický kodex správně nastaven a implementován do společnosti.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis was to evaluate codes of ethics in construction companies, to identify ethically problematic situations and to propose recommendations for the creation and implementation of codes of ethics in construction companies. A partial goal was to propose a company code of ethics for improving the internal corporate environment of MS STAVMONT s.r.o. At first, an analysis of ethically problematic areas in construction companies was created, where the most frequently occurring ethically exposed situations in construction companies were identified. The areas identified were corruption and bribery, illegal employment of foreigners and job security. On the basis of a qualitative comparative analysis, deficiencies in the codes of ethics of ten selected construction companies could be determined, as well as areas that should always be included in the codes of ethics were pointed out, and at the same time, the strengths and weaknesses of the codes were identified. Based on the case study, a code of ethics was subsequently created for MS STAVOMAT s.r.o. In general, it can be stated that an optimally created code of ethics should be tailored to each construction company. It is important to get to know the company, its management, employees, suppliers and customers more closely so that the code of ethics can be properly set up and implemented in the company.
