Wage Garnishment from the Point of View of the Employer

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na srážky ze mzdy na základě výkonu rozhodnutí z pohledu zaměstnavatele. Cílem bakalářské práce je zmapování současného stavu legislativy za pomoci rešerše zákonných norem a odborné literatury. Data byla zpracována analýzou jednotlivých případů srážek ze mzdy na základě výkonu rozhodnutí soudu u vybrané společnosti. Zkoumá se výpočet srážky v souladu se zákonnými normami, dostupné informace pro zpracování srážek, komunikace s dotčenými orgány. Výstupem je navržené řešení zlepšení postupu při zpracovávání srážek ze mzdy u vybrané společnosti.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the wage garnishment from the point of view of the employer. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to examine the current state of the Czech legislation via research of the legal standards and specialized literature. Data was processed using the analysis of the individual cases of the wage garnishment registered by the selected company. The thesis examined the wage garnishment in compliance with the legal standards, the accessible information to process these deductions and communication with the appropriate authorities. The output of the thesis is the proposal of the improvement in the processing of the wage garnishment registered by the selected company.
