Abstract:

Práce se bude zabývat možností investování do nemovitostí, jakožto nástroji k zajištění na stáří. Cílem práce je tedy prokázat či vyvrátit, že investice do nemovitostních fondů na trhu v ČR jsou vhodnější variantou investice do nemovitosti z pohledu drobného investora nežli samotná investice do koupě a pronájmu nemovitostí. The seminar work will explore the possibility of investing in real estate as a means tool to secure income in old age. The aim of the thesis is to prove or disprove that investment in through real estate funds on the market in the Czech Republic is a more suitable option for the small investor than the direct investment in the purchase or lease of real estate.
